Programs
The Emotional Competency Workshop
Sessions: One session of three to four hours.
Content: Learn about the Four Major Domains of Emotional Intelligence and the Competencies for each, learn how each of us have strengths and limitations in these domains, and learn the impact our emotional capabilities have on our work performance.
Activities: Participate in goal setting for increased competency performance as well as practice sessions for achieving procedural knowledge of several competencies.
Audience: Anyone who wishes to learn about the Emotional Competencies that effect work performance.
Emotional Competency Assessment and Development
Sessions: Numbers may vary but include a minimum of two four-hour group sessions, one 30 minute individual session per participant.
Content: Participants take the Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI) online, a 360-degree feedback instrument with approximately 72 items to rate on a frequency scale. Learn about the Emotional intelligence Domains and the Competencies for each, and learn the impact our emotional capabilities have on our work performance.
Activities: Receive your ECI results along with interpretive information for goal-setting and self-development, explore the competencies most necessary for your job position and be guided through development of a plan for competency growth and learning.
Audience: Professionals wanting to assess the impact of behaviors on work-life performance and development plans for elevating the level of behaviors for success.

Sessions: Numbers may vary, begins with a two-hour individual session followed by 30 to 60 minutes sessions for continued coaching and development.
