Programs
Using Learning Styles to Strengthen Productivity
Sessions: One session of three to four hours.
Content: Participants will take the Kolb Learning Style Inventory, interact in small groups, and view a presentation to realize that differences in how information is perceived and processed impacts work-flow procedures and communication. Participants also receive raised self-awareness and exposure to communication and relationship-building techniques.
Activities: Participants will receive a booklet with an assessment of individual styles of learning and their personal learning profile, application information as well as instruction on learning styles and adult development.
