Programs

Sales Competency Assessment & Development

Sessions: One or more sessions of 2 to 3 hours each

Content: Discover the five competency areas that research shows to be the necessary ingredients for your Sales Professionals: Achievement Orientation, Customer Service Orientation, Impact and Influence, Initiative, and Interpersonal Understanding.  Learn how to set goals and elevate effectiveness in these areas for greater results.

Activities: Participants will take the Sales Competency Inventory to assess their strengths and growth areas. 

Audience: All Sales Professionals including Sales Team Managers, Account Acquisition Specialists, and Account Relationships Managers. 

Strategic Planning: Aligning Sales Strategy to Corporate Vision

Sessions: One or Two session of two hours each

Content: Learn scenario planning and future search strategies to create a corporation-wide approach to profitable, ongoing sales for your service or product. 

Activities: Participants will receive instruction on scenario planning and future search strategies, and review examples for using them.  Session can be planned for extended activities and actual Strategic Planning Action Plan development with facilitation.

Audience: Executive Leadership and all Sales Professionals including Sales Team Managers, Account Acquisition Specialists, and Account Relationships Managers.
