| Supervisory Leadership Workshops |
Being an effective supervisor is a journey unique to each whom under take it. Success is defined individually. A peaceful day with no challenges for one supervisor may constitute success, whereas another may feel successful only when employees are noisily buzzing through problem solving and information sharing. How to achieve that “success” – no matter how it is defined – will vary.
Productive Learning creates tailored workshops to help supervisors discover their unique abilities to successfully lead and inspire their team. Based upon your organization’s mission and culture, participants will learn best practices for managing and controlling conflict and increasing customer service. |
